WhoRet reserves the right to add, alter, change, modify, or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. The altered terms and conditions become binding on the user the moment they are updated on the website www.WhoRet.shop.

2. Nature of Business

WhoRet operates in the trade of fresh fruits and vegetables, delivering orders directly to the user’s specified address.

3. Consent to Communication

Any user who gives a missed call or places an order on any number published/used by WhoRet.shop consents to receive calls, messages, or any further communication from WhoRet  for promotional and telemarketing purposes for up to one week.

If a user does not wish to receive further communication, they can opt-out by sending an SMS with "NO OFFERS" to 8766378125.

4. Order Placement and Delivery

• Orders are accepted on all seven days of the week.
• Deliveries are made the next day after the order placement as WhoRet procures fresh produce daily.
• Orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the next day or on the selected delivery date.

5. Minimum Order Value and Delivery Charges

• The minimum order value is $200.
• Orders of $200 or more qualify for free delivery.
• For orders below $200, a delivery charge of $40 will apply (if permitted).

6. Daily Price Updates

Prices are updated daily on the website. Users will be charged based on the price listed on www.WhoRet.shop at the time of order placement.

7. Invoice Accuracy

In the unlikely event of incorrect invoice generation, WhoRet reserves the right to issue a revised invoice, and users agree to pay the updated amount.

8. Weight and Quantity Variation

Due to the nature of weighing certain fruits and vegetables, the delivered quantity may vary by up to 5% (higher or lower) from the ordered quantity. Users agree to pay as per the final invoice.
WhoRet endeavors to deliver the exact quantity ordered but ensures that the variation, if any, will always be minimal and fair.

9. Product Availability and Quality Assurance

• If a product is unavailable or of unsatisfactory quality, it will not be delivered, and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
• Images of fruits and vegetables on the website are for demonstration purposes and may not exactly represent the size, color, or appearance of the delivered product. However, WhoRet guarantees the highest quality of products.

10. Delivery Policy

All orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the next day or on the selected delivery date.
